I've been on TRT for the last year at 100mg a week. I'm 5'8" and started at close to 230lbs at almost 30% BF. I'm 37 YO. I'm now down to 195lbs at about 20% BF. I lift and do cardio about 6 days a week, usually cardio 1st between 30 and 40 min., then weights. My immediate goal is to loose body fat so I can do my 1st blast of test cyp, but I have stalled at 195 lbs. do you think lifting before cardio would benefit me?
