Strength loss when cutting up
Ok so I'm cutting up for a competition, is strength loss to be expected ? is it just a mental thing ? or is it just the lack of fuel at the right tyime ?

it's normal... like Buster said lack of glyco... I don't stress about it

Of course, when losing pounds its not just the fat that leaves, its also a little muscle too. You can be big and lean, its a lot of genetics though.
