    Arms won't grow

Whatever I do my arms won't grow and I tried pretty much every training method I heard about. I used supersets, dropsets, high reps, low reps with no results. Also my calves are small and my forearms. I think that I have a problem about growing small muscle groups. At the same time my chest, back, legs and traps grow easily if I use heavy weight. I am really fed up with my arms cause they look really stupid considering my thoracic box is really thick and they are only about 40% of it's thickness... What should I do?

    My routine:
Ez bb curls 5 sets 3 of them very heavy
    Incline db curls 4 sets
    preacher curls 4 sets
    high cable curls/concentration curls/hammer curls 4 sets

    CGBP 4sets
    skull crushers 4 sets
    pushdowns 4 sets
    rope pushdown 4 sets

P.S. My biceps is always soft and I never get anykind of soreness despite I train to failure.

And eat. Nothing grows if you don't eat. You might need up to 20lbs gain in weight to gain an inch on each arm.

    Increase intensity,
make sure you use progression overload,
failure might mean something different to you, failure is a very serious atmosphere to get yourself into and I doubt it you aren't reaching true positive failure,
    You could be over training,
you may not be eating right
4 working sets ???? are you sure your doing 4 working sets because if you would of done one or two right it would be impossible for you to do 4 of them.

I'm not going to go over 500 calories surplus because I'm natty and I get fat quiet easily. And every other muscle is growing just fine, that's annoying...

http://forums.steroid.com/anabolic-l...ary%2A%2A.html to understand this you will have to read it from the very start it may take you a while but you can not buy this information anywhere on earth as i said you will grow if you follow and understant this style of training.

You need to work out your tdee's so you know how much you need to eat. Eating 500 above your tdee's will not make you fat if your food is clean you need to eat to grow you won't grow new muscle if you do not support it with food simple as that.

The leaner, less body fat you have the "bigger" every muscle will appear.
If your arms feel "soft" then you need to reduce your overall bf %.
Additionally muscle maturity and hardness takes time to develop.

For me, intensity, volume and variation of light and heavier weights also give them their own day

I have heard it said that if you want bigger arms then start doing squats. If your not doing the big compound movements that might be why your arms are not progressing.

I have had good results changing my grip on bench to target my arms once my chest gets tired. I always feel like the most gains for me come from the compound lifts ,all the others lifts just fill in ,or top off. Don't forget about dips ,and pull ups!

You also might look at hydration ,and creatine ...if your not already. I experiance premature failure if I'm not well hydrated.

And Eat! If your buying eggs in cartons that might be your problem. Also organic whole milk kicks it up a notch for me. I start gaining weight the second it hits the shopping cart!

What did the T-Rex use it's arms for? Sorry ,the discription just reminded me of a T-rex "my thoracic box is really thick and they are only about 40% of it's thickness..."

As one of the member here also mentioned, you need to increase the intake of protein. And then increase the arm workout as well. I am quite sure it will be useful for you.
