My warm up has changed because of flexibility. My work weight has gone up a lot on this cycle. Now I squat three warm up sets with increasing weight. If I don't hit at least 75% of my work set weight, before hand, i will not get all the way down on the first rep. My back says oooh shit... and I come back up from halfway down. There is nothing worse to me in a workout sense than having to abandon a squat set. I have my weights and increases managed so great right now. I was just throwing on a couple 45s and doing ten reps to warm up my body has now said that isn't enough. I do understand that some just can't go all the way but my start weight goes up ten pounds a week. My legs get ripped up and I will continue full squat as long as I'm able.
