    Bench press workout (powerlifting)

    Current max is 300
    255 5x5
    Incline/decline dumbbell 60,65,70 3x8
    Cable cross over 3x15
    Incline/ decline pushups 3x25

    I do this Monday wensday saturday.

    Anything I should switch up or add that has worked for you ?

    I will also say if your able to go for 255 5x5 (5 sets of 5 reps) I'm telling you you have the strength to get easily 325

    You need to make sure your form is top notch to move serious weights
    Bench isn't as much about raw strength as it is about "tricking the lift"
