Stoppani med training, fst-7, 5/3/2 - mass vs mass and strength
How would you rate these programs comparing mass vs mass and strength gains ?

almost any program will work for anyone as long as they put in the effort and stay consistent.

my opinion is you should train for either one or the other in a given training cycle
so do a 12 week hypertrophy phase for mass
then de-load and do a 12 week strength phase
