pushing higher weigth on dumbbell squat feeling vertical pressure on spine.

what exercise do i need to do for my spine to support heavier lifting while squatting. I have already had to add grippers to strengthen my grip to hold onto the dumbbell bar when curling over 100lbs per arm
i am going to check strenth training anatomy a book i have although if you know of an exercise i need to add

Getting your deadlift numbers up would help in that department.

Is that a typo, are you trying to say you dumbbell curl 100s?

    you are a troll....

you can dumbbell curl more than 100lbs per hand yet....

you complain of spinal pressures on your spine when you try to dumbbell squat....

even if you had a 200lb dumbbell, your curls 100+lb curls would put more pressure on your spine than a 200lb dumbbell squat

let's see some videos or pictures please
