    Best Monday to Friday Hypertrophy Program?

    Holy SHEEEET I have been off this forum for ages......

    Back now with a simple question, was hoping for input on a good Monday to Friday hypertrophy workout routine. I have been working out again more seriously for the past 6 months or so, strict, 5 days a week and have made pretty good progress.

    I do not care about endurance or strength, I just want big muscles (don't we all). I read a lot online and have checked out different programs, and I'm a little confused with the whole hypertrophy workouts. It is the best way to bulk up muscle size, but there are mixed opinions online, as some people claim the best rep range is 4-6 per set, others are saying the 6-12 range?

    Anyway, I found this article online which looked good, and so I started doing this guys 5 day workout program (he claims 4-6 reps are the best for "working sets")

    Wouldn't mind some input/advice from anyone, please and thank you
