Road to 500 405×19 (3 sets)
I haven't tested my 1RM on bench in a while and decided it's time. I'm in week 3 of my 6 week peaking program. Weight will go up as volume comes down in the next couple weeks. The goal is 5 hundo at 200 pound bodyweight. If you're into benching check out my client form check playlist. One guy went from 315x1 to 315x5 after watching the 7 minute video.

Seriously impressive!
Thoughts, if you don't mind. Wouldn't you be better able to lock in and get the arch/coil by grabbing the bar, sliding under, planting your feet and then sliding down into them? I know habits are hard to break but it appears to me you're probably missing out on a little more arch. Just an observation brother!
