i'd have to second preacher
during my time as a thrower for a college track team, we used to do preacher curls with a towel. it would require a partner holding the towel ends and sitting down on the floor in front of the preacher bench. you'd grab the middle and do about 3-4 preacher curls but the entire time the partner is adjusting resistance. each rep would take 8-12 seconds. the pump you'd get from it was insane. on those days i wouldn't even be able to take a shower in the locker room cause it would take me an hour to be able to lift my arms again. i'd just head back to my dorm room take a shower later on.

A variation of standing alternating curls. I lean slightly forward and let may arms stretch. I then curl into my chest until I can't go anymore...then, without stopping, I do hammers the same way.
Next set, more weight. Always strict form.

Bis are my most developed body part and I love... I think they are called resistence curls, or tear downs. Its when you put a medium to light weight on for the preacher curl you do around 7 reps with that, then you bring the weight up and have your buddy "tear down" the last three. You put everything you have into not letting him bring the weight down. Your Bi's will feel like playdough after your done.

I have no idea what they are really called but I call them "21's". I have to use a barbell (straight bar) load it with weight then do seven partial reps from my thigh half way up. Right on the last rep I go from the half way point and pull it towards my chest, I do seven partial reps like this without letting the bar drop back all the way down. Right after that last rep I do seven full complete curls seven more times. Bet you're arms will feel like they will fall off after three sets of these. I use these as a finisher.
Seated free weight preacher curls are a favorite of mine as well as inclined dumbbell curls.

my favorite would be a drop set i like to go lite weight higher reps (4 nickles on each side) Drop them down to nothin then get right in to 21s. This causes an incredible burn and i find it very hard to stick to it without someone pushing me.

Incline dumbell curls. I stop at the bottom of each rep, pronate then supinate and repeat the next rep. This burns like hell!

Beat, load up a bar, with your arms hanging down lift the weight halfway up then let it back down 7 times. On the top of the 7th rep lift the weight all the way up towards your chin then let it down but only half way, do this 7 times as well. last part is to do full range of motion reps 7 more times. All of these are done one after the other none stop. 21's! Three sets of these are what I like to do as a finisher for a killer Bicep workout.

Guys, I have a brand new favorite bi exercise......it is called pin & plunger. Before working bi's, I go into the bathroom and pump a cc of gear in each bi. This gives one heck of a pump!

i could never get my biceps to grow till 2 years ago i saw this guy doing what i call "The Ultimate Bi Workout"...what you do it go to a cable machine and place the cable at the top and bring over a bench. Lay on the bench facing up and grab the bar and curl it towards you. (Pulling it to your forhead) gained 2 inches in my arms by doing this.
