Training Forearms: help?
Not having success with current forearm routine. I want to get that beefy forearm look. I am currently doing hammer curls, reverse grip barbel curl(ez bar) and wrist curls which i absolutely hate doing.
What do you guys suggest to get a well defined brachialis? thanks all in advance.

3-5 sets of wrist curls to exhaustion every 3-4 days(light weight). works well for me. also depends on genetics. some people just are not able to build huge forearms. good luck.
