    After gym straight to bed without shower

    I work out late.. and don't bother showering before bed.. i'm too tired and sleep in my own filth. I know i'm not the only one that does it. And yes i sleep alone.

    As well, if you are too tired to shower, I seriously doubt you are eating adequate post-workout nutrition to aid in your weight training endeavors.

    You've probably got a good pound of cheese under your nut sack that you can munch on buddy. It's a good source of fat and protein. Just be sure to pick out the hairs!

    oh shhiit, theres times in the year when i just dont give a shhit as how i look/smell it usually begin in october to end like in april or something like that.... but were almost summer and i havnt seen the shower for like 60h danm my PC chair is all leather so with the heat and the fart theres now a strong old sump odor that comes out of it!!! if only i could put an attachement of the 5-days-old-sweatyballs&farts odor of my beloved chair to share it with you...

    Sometimes i even take shower before gym because i either sweated a lot or something and dont feel like sweating onto old sweat to make things even worse eww nasty crap. So i come home and take a shower again so that i can stay clean. Makes you think doesnt it
