Swole Cat....I'm cursing you...
At 1030 and 1500 when I'm drinking this nasty protein with flax and no fruit to cover the nasty nasty taste.
Day Two....sick of the shakes already but Im NOT giving up!1. Once a cheat always a cheat!
2. YES, SHE can get pregnant the first time!
3. NO, PULLING out IS NOT a RELIABLE method of Birth Control. DAMMMMIT..... Wrap that shyte UP!!

what kind of flax oil are you using? Now food's flax tastes pretty good and so does Barlean's flax. Barlean's even has a flax oil formulated toward women. Health from the Sun flax tastes like sheet! I cant remember the other one I used but it also tasted like sheet!
