I had one the other day that was asking what was the point of lifting if not on steroids ?

Nobody wants to do the hard work in the gym

Nobody really understands where there natural potential will take them

Nobody really wants to grow into their dose.

We get newbs here with maybe a year in the gym taking over a gram a week, stacked with orals and other shit.

We get newbs here that are taking steroids, yet don't have a clue about nutrition and how it relates to body building.

Personally I have heard anything from a little to a shit ton


Spoke with a guy who seemed genuine as ever with at least 25+ of LBM on me - running the same amount of gear as me (I believe him, but as always - who knows)

Talked to a guy who sells to real pros - he said they cruise on at least a g of test & cycle on about 3g's a week



I like that this guy really puts an emphasis on the fact that we just don't know. But, what I do know is a mega dose wont do shit positive like I thought.


It really does come down the absorption our bodies can provide. If a ton of gear made you huge - I'd already be there
