I beleive his bench. I beleive it's going up that quickly too. I did it. If I didnt do it myself one time on a whicked azz cycle I did while back then I would be doubtful too but I did it.

I posted about my bench when I first came to AR. I did 485lb 10 times no help not even a lift off. I could have kept going but I was afraid to hurt myself. I never benched that much prior. I always hover around 405 ,if that, for one max never repping out almost 500lbs.

In my case the same thing happened. I was shoving so much gear into me for like months then all of a sudden my bench was increasing 20-30+lbs a week. I was literally a pin cushion every day. Back in my earlier days with no information like I have access to now. The rule was just be a pin cushion and you will grow. That's what I did. I couldn't even tell you how much or what I was shoving in me. I just bought it and did it. I was getting stuff on credit even.

So I believe him.
