Given bad advice. now don't know what to do. PLS HELP

    Hi all,

I'm new to this forum. I've been training for a cpl years regularly and picked up a shoulder injury about 6 mnths ago. after no help from Dr's , therapists etc. I was advised to use Deca to help with my injury.

I started a cycle which was initially supposed to be for 4 weeks only. After speaking with another friend he advised me that 4 weeks wouldn't be enough and to use test e with it.

its been 8 weeks and my cycle has gone pear shaped due to the fact i couldn't train for properly for 4 weeks.
what should i do as i don't want to stop without any gains should i carry the cycle on for 16 weeks meaning another 8 weeks.

my cycle goes something like this:

1 jab once a week. mixed in one syringe

    1-4 weeks - 1ml deca and 1ml test e
    4-8 weeks - .5ml test e and .5 ml deca.

any help would be appreciated. i did plan on pct . hcg , nolva , clomid

by the way no sides as of yet

What exactly did the Doctor say that made you believe your friend with no medical background is wiser? I'm really curious.

    Welcome to the forums.

Shoulder injuries can sometimes take a long time to heal. It's not uncommon for it to take a year or 2 in some cases. My last injury took 19 months to be pain free. No surgery just lots and lots of rehab.

I have tendonosis in my right shoulder from bad healing of previous injuries. I finally found someone who is treating it and knows what they are doing. I feel your pain about doctor's, seems to be more miss that hit with them. I am getting acupuncture and some shock type machine along with stretching, it is working but will be a long road, it is also in my right biceps so my whole right side is a mess. Get an ultrasound done and find a good chiropractor who deals with sports injuries, juice is not going to heal your shoulder injury, especially with the limited knowledge you seem to have on the subject. I wont give you any advice on your cycle because I too have limited knowledge about gear, but some of the guys here are very knowledgeable, listen to the advice they give, and you should make it out without doing any damage.

I think I would give TB500 a try. inexpensive. not a hormone, so no nasty sides. called the healing peptide. one jab a week. most healing cycles are around six weeks. a bit more depending on severity.

Thanks for the replies guys. I had been wanting to do a cycle anyhow. The shoulder injury is just something that ill have to sort out by seeing a chiro and rehab work. jjust wanna pack on some muscle aswell. Would it be wise to carry on the cycle for another 8weeks.
would it benefit me to do 1ml deca and test e ,every 5days. i just think its a waste to stop the cycle after 8 weeks and not gained anything. Dont really want to start PCT without any gains. any cycle help and pct advise i would appreciate. many thanks.

Imho you should stop. If you havent seen gains in 8 weeks your doing something wrong. Even with long esters you should see gains before 8 wks.

Agreed. If he's not gaining it's not likely the gear. More likely a nutritional/under feeding issue.

Caloric intake is the rule not the exception to gains.

He was only do half a cc of each for last 4 weeks, that is barely trt dosage depending on what the potency of the gear is. From what I have read here, deca and tren types should only be run for 12 weeks? If you are going to continue, I would at least do the full cc and check your diet, you should be getting some gains.

Stop the cycle. Let your injury heal. In the meantime get your nutrition up to par...this will help you on and off cycle especially on.

First cycle?? You should only be using test...btw "ml" means nothing..you need to equate that in your listing to mg. Assuming the standard ugl concentration of 250 mg test and 300 mg Deca per ml... .5 of each is a waste of time imo. I think you have alot of work ahead of you if you want good results.

Agreed. Would be helpful to see doses. Too many guys tell us a cc of this and ml of that. It doesn't tell us enough information. That's like saying, I take two pills of dbol a day. WTF?

Best idea is to sort out the injury, work on diet, post a proper plan and have it discussed. Sounds too much a trial and error cycle, too many compounds, and little idea what he's doing.

No point wasting a cycle if the foundation and knowledge isn't there.
