10 days out
I have a friend who is doing a show in 10 days. Under 21 show. He is natural, he is about 160-70 pounds very ripped. I was wondering if the same prep that mike xxL had out would be good for him?
or any other tips would be appriated.....

Yes the carb/fat load i described would still apply, him being natural and 160-170lbs i would drop the carbs a bit, maybe reduce the over all food intake by 10-15%, that should work...XXLSOURCE CHECKS ONLY FOR USERS WITH OVER 100 POSTS.
