Always eat right after morning cardio
After my morning cardio i always eat right away because i have to get my ass to work. Its always a Pro/fat meal is this bad? and if so why?

I think it's fine, I do it about 15 minutes after my cardio session.

Naw bro it's within the first hour after your cardio and weight training that is best to ingest nutrients.
