Is Bread Good of Bad?
I am training to get bigger, is Bread good or bad? I have had different responses on this?

Bad bad bad. Increases your glucose level in your blood. But if by bigger you mean fatter than its good.

its not as bad as people say it is but you have better choices than bread. but if your bulking then by all means go ahead,

if u wanna do a clean bulk dont go with bread, use other things for your carbs

lol trust me i wont ive lost 15 lbs 5 weeks but been punishing myself with cardio... lifts have went down some .... probably 2 percent total volume.

Bread contains to much Carbs , I would not use it in eather a bulk or cutting diet .

i have to say pasta has about the same or more grams of carbs. yes it depends on which kind you buy, but same idea.
