my cutting diet
hey guy i am just getting ready an planing my diet b4 i start cutting.
stats 212pound 19 percent body fat its a lot i know.
will do cardio 6times a week at 65 percent maxium heart rate.fo 45-60min
meal 1. 1cup oats 10egg whites.
i know i must have a protein an fat meal but i am so used to eating oats i just cant go with out it.
meal2. 7oz tuna 10ml flax seed oil
meal3. 5oz chicken breast 1cup mix veggies
train 60min
pwo
meal4. 40whey protein 80dextrose
meal5. 5oz chicken 5oz brown rice 1 cup mix veggies
meal6. 5oz chicjen 1tsb peanut butter
does this look alright guys.i worked out how many cal i must eat only on my lbm.i neva imagened that 19percent was so much wheight in fat. pls rip away an flame all you want

Being that your 19 and im assuming your want to get down to 10% you only need to loose 19-20 lbs of fat.. add the unavoidable muscle loss 22-23 lbs.. diet seems good.. you might want to add another meal between 5 and 6.. over all it look good.

thanks. so my pwo.should i change it to 40protein an 40dextrose.
an meal 5 will only have half a cup of veggies an not a hole cup.if i add one more meal in between five an six. must it be protein an fat.will take some of the tuna in meal 2. an eat

You will see much better results if you lose the oats bro. I know its hard, but its really critical if you are doing cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomache. Your body can burn fat at a fast rate for up to 6 hours after your morning cardio if you utilize pro/fat meals, but at the first site of a carb, your rate of fat loss will come to a big crash.
