Sushi? What do you think...
What up everyone, I am really new to this but here is the question. What do you guys and gals think about sushi? I freakin love the stuff, but when I go I go for the all you can eat, is that bad, since its sushi, I mean its good for ya right? Tell me what you all think.

I love Sushi as well one of my favorite foods especially the tuna sashimi. Lots of protein....

if you don't want the carbs of white rice, get sushimi, it's just the piece of fish on top of the rice minus the rice obviously. Thus lots of protein and no carbs!

Thats sashimim and sashimi is not served over rice. The fish is usually cut into pieces and served on plate. If you have had sashimi before it usually is not served with rice. However i see white people eating that way alot.
