Hey all...just thought i'd post this here i'll post it in the supplement section too...www.consumerlabs.com great site...it runs private tests on brand name products and tells you what they say is in them and what is REALLY in them from vitamins to creatine...everything very beneficial to those of you like myself that spend 500$ a month between the internet and gnc...check it out

quit buying from GNC (shop around and buy online instead) and you can cut that $500 a month in half and still get all the same stuff if you want to
I ran out of ZMA so i figured i would stop by GNC and grab some till i was ready to do my next online order... at GNC its $42.00 for 120 capsuls of Cytodyne (3 caps/day), online you can get 180 caps of ON for $18.00 (2 caps/day)Last edited by doby48; 07-26-2004 at 05:51 PM.

I have to ask. PLEEEEAAAAASE dude. List out everything you buy in a month that costs you $500.
For me:
Whey
Dextrose
Vitamins
Flax oil
ALA (I have a huge bottle that will last until I have grandkids)

Final thoughts....
any product that requires a brick and mortor shop to be sold will cost more bc the retailer has more overhead. his expenses become your expenses. bc online retailers do not have rent, electric, and various other fixed costs, they can make the same profits but sell for less.
Thank you to jerry springer for my inspiration, and have a nice day
