    Only 1 pro/carb meal days I don't lift?

I know your supposed to have a pro/carb meal for your PPWO. What about days I don't lift, in place of the PPWO pro/carb meal, can I have a pro/fat meal?

That would mean days I don't lift I will be only having 1 pro/carb meal and that would be at breakfast. Is that right?

For my full diet you can see it here:

if your not too carb sensitive (you will have to experiement for a while) then you can make meals 1 and 3 pro/ carb. if you dont respond well, then just have meal 1 be pro/ carb

further on that subject, even if you do the cardio in the am on non-lift days, would you still advise to eat the carbs in the am? i've been eating them around when my ppwo meal would normally be, and everything else be pro/fat!

just wanted to chime in and say that i eat pro/carb for a majority of my meals (all solid food and carbs are from sweet potatoes and oats) and have been losing my pound of fat per week with minimal if any muscle loss. I just make all my meals balanced. I eat 50% protein, 30% carbs and 20% fat. My last meal is Pro/Fat and is usually Salmon. This has worked for me for the last 2 months and is a bit more satisfying than drinking oils and eating nuts all day.
