Hungry on Test, trouble keeping clean
Here is the update. I have been on my new cycle a month and I am getting 500mg of Test Enanthate weekly. Now I have been very hungry lately, like unusually hungry. I had a goal to "bulk" a little, even though I hate that word, and have maintained a pretty lean frame. I am 6"3 and weigh 220 with around 11% BF.
Now should I keep my diet clean because I am gaining like 2lbs a week now eating whatever (chicken and fish but also some pizza and **** here and there) I know I should be slamming some protien shakes and all but the motivation to eat is surpassing all good judgement
I just need tro take some pictures, I will tonight.

Whats you diet like? Are you eat in enough calories to begin with? If Test E makes you hungry wait till you try EQ.

Oh I know I will look better in the long run. Seriously, I feel you on the EQ, I have heard that from a ton of people now.
Um, my diet honestly sucks right now. Last night for example after my workout I had a roast beef sandwich, 2 pizza slices and a chicken and rice bowl. No shakes the whole day.
I need someone to tell me how to eat to gain size, and not look lazy and bloated.

Just started my Test Ethenate this week. I noticed the hunger pangs as well. I dont feel empty or depleted, just extremely hungry. I am a firm believer in CKDs. So, I have been f****n up the protein shakes/natty pb shakes, as well ass eggs/whites flax/chicken. This weekend will be protein shakes, yams,oatmeal, turkey on whole-wheat, Gatorades, and probably a meal of either pizza or ice-cream. I allow one cheat meal/carb-up. Tjis probably didnt help,but I wantedtotellyouthat I feel what your goin through.

Im doing the bulking version,aka the Anabolic Diet. 20-25X bodyweight for calories. Im eating healthy fats,not bacon and stuff like that, so its not that much like Atkins. Also 48hrs of carb up,instead of 12-36. Ive used the cutting stage and got good results,actually excellent results. Im gonna stick with the bulking plan too.

Many try bulking keto diets, but when you negelct glycogen replinishment, muscular recovery, etc., well, u don't gain much lean mass wise.
