Bro, I'm a bit confused.... If you're on a cutting cycle lose the bar-b-que sauce not the brocolli!

Broccoli has less calories than your chicken. It's fine while cutting. Like flasher said, eliminate the BBQ...Try dry rub spices for flavor...That's simply rubbing on a herb/spice on the meat's surface right before cook it.

Try to purchase the "Carb solutions" BBQ sauce.
1 gram of carbs per serving, and the hickory smoke is awesome.

3g of carbs is only two tablespoons, so one must go light with it...

Well...IMO...we have all experienced that time where if we eat another peace of chicken we might as well regurgitate...lol My advice is to put it in a low carb wrap with low fat mayo and a little cheese. The wrap alone has 9 grms of protein and is so much better than eating a peice of chicken.

Yes, mix it with some fibrous veggies.. stay away from peas, carrots and the like... broccoli and cauliflower are great choices!
With your chicken, I'd suggest:
Spicy Garlic Lime Chicken
Try this with your cauliflower, but don't add the cream
Mashed Cauliflower
Should make for a nice dinner bro
