    PWO amounts while cutting

    Do you lower your PWO amounts while cutting?
    I do 100g dex with 50 g protein

    Stays the same w/me.

    Muscular recovery for me never changes, cutting up or not, as I always need to keep my muscle and repair it as is the norm.

    It always stays the same for me. I just avoid the carbs throughout the day, and just get my carbs in my pwo, and ppwo.

    Since this is the moment of the day which will have the biggest impact on building muscle, i too keep it the same.
