    Is it worth it?

I have been working out for about 3 weeks now. I go to the gym 4 days a week and run about 20 minutes after each work out.
I also changed my eating habbits completely. I am eating my 6 meals a day which is ridiculously hard to do. (time wise)
I have lost 8 pounds since then.

    I am 24 years old
6'3 and 273lbs with about 24% bf (gross i know)

I have never taken anything except supplements and vitamins.
I was looking at going on a clen cycle to speed up the process.
Do you guys think is would be a bad idea to do that? Any harm with an extra boost?
    Thanks for any feedback,
    -Anthony

i am on albuerol now and to be honest its not worth it, it give you a good boost in the first week but the weight loss is the same if i just continue my regular diet. i stopped the cycle as of today. i lost 40 pounds just doing cardio and a good diet alone, you just have to be patient i guess, i know its hard...

Post up your tdee and how you calculated it.

Then your diet and macros(nutritional content of each meal)

Then post up a rough outline of your cardio(when you do and duration) along with your workout program.

The name of this game is gaining knowledge then implementing it. You are much better off researching diet and workouts then drugs. You haven't been dieting for long at all. Be patient man. No need to rush towards drugs. Your doing good so take your time and learn the ins and outs of dieting and more importantly how your body reacts to different macro manipulations. Give it time man and keep your chin up.

    24% is not THAT bad.

8 lbs in 3 weeks is pretty good progress imo. Keep it up.

no its not worth it. Clen is more dangerous to your heart than steroids , and if you are not trying to get the last few % off and step on a bodybuilding stage dont use it. I compete and even I dont like it much. It works very well, but I know the stuff is so damn bad for my heart I use very little, if any.

I already get up at 5 am. Getting up any earlier is not an option as I'm cranky as it is in the morning. The usual person works 9-5 so getting up at 7or 8 isn't that bad but for me to be up at 3or 4am just can't happen
