Love handles and muffin tops tips?
Anything else in tips besides training hard and clean dieting with progressive resistance? Anyone you know who ACTUALLY lost the muffin top completely and now has a V all around? I got down to a 26 in waist years ago but no muscle and love handles. Hoping to do it again but keeping the muscle this time with a higher protein diet and progressive resistance.

I watch these video and i really like this. You will be able to starting losing love handles from the very first month. You will be able to take upto 5 inches off your waist within 3 months and 10 inches within 6 months. If you are a man you will able to reduce your body to 2-5% of the total body mass – the the most ideal physical condition for a man. thanks
