    Aching elbow

Hey guys. I've had an aching left elbow for 4 or 5 days now. It's not really painful but I do feel it when lifting day to day things more but it us always there.
I trained chest and tris last night and didn't feel any pain during training but it's maybe aching a bit more today.
I've not taken anything yet but any tips in regards to training?

    Elbow ban while lifting.

It snuck up on me slowly and then all of a sudden I couldn't lift common objects without severe pain. Nothing seems to help. Been using castrol oil packs at night but not helping me yet....

it could be a lot of things... if tendonitis, then certain protocols make sense. if arthritis, different protocols. if muscle damage, again, different protocols. can you be more specific?

At first I thought it may be tendonitus but I think I've been confusing the pain or its felt that it's been affecting my elbow.
I now actually think that it's my forearm muscle closest to my elbow. It has been slightly swollen and I think I did it during seated rows 2 weeks ago. I've got some Volterol for it and now using Magnesium oil too.

Kelkel suggested I use DMSO with Aloe gel for my tennis elbow. Seems to be helping. Smells like garlic. I would order the u scented next time
