veterans practice what you preach with me
i always hear you guys talking about eating rather than juicing. so i want you guys' the pro's to give me the advice on what you preach.
im willing to eat correctly but am not sure what to eat? I hear proteins and carbs. but give me examples of what i should eat and when and how much?
6'feet 190lbs and i feel fat.
i can't understand how brad pitt goes from skinny muscle in fight club to huge in troy. i think it's all in the fact he's got great trainers telling him what to eat and how to work out. but i dont have the trainers i've got you guys so can you help me out?

This is what the diet forum is for. Check out the stickies there and then formulate a diet. You can then post it for a critique.

Go the the diet forum, its just like this forum. Their will be some STICKIES in there. They are at the very top, they will never move, hence the name stickies. Just read all them and them come back with some questions.
