    Cool Female Var First Cycle

    Hey! Just gonna use this to track my results with var.

    Started June 15 2017
    139lbs
    27in waist
    18-20%bf
    height 5'7
    dose 10mg for 6 weeks

    Cardio 3 days a week 15 mins usually on the step mill
    lifting 5 days on a push, pull, leg, off upper, lower, off.

    cal intake 2000-2400 a day
    protein 165g
    carbs 200-300g
    fat 40-50g

    Slight change of plans :
    Im starting prep June 26
    Week 1 of prep
    1400 cals (115p/148c/50f)
    No Cardio
    lifting 6 days a week

    Today I experienced a little bit of a nosebleed. nothing sever just not normal for me. The pumps are feeling good and my muscles are starting to feel fuller.

    I seem to be experiencing a sore throat that i can't get rid of, anyone else have this side affect?

    Or - your Var isn't Var


    Is it UGL or pharmaceutical?

    I am so sorry for not getting back to you. I have done 2 full Var cycles and a partial. Starting anew one in August and really plan on killing it. How are you?

    No worries. Nice what were your result like? Im good. Im thinking about doing cycle of clen when I'm 8-6 weeks out deepening on my progress. Im undecided if I'm going to do it but I'm leaning towards it.

    Really good I think. I love var.

    Clen is something I haven't messed with. I love var.

    Still no cardio. Adding in 3x20 mins this week
    Cals 1500/1600

    Pumps are feeling good and my bf% is down.

    Thinking about doing a clen /Cyt cycle 2 weeks after this is over. Thougths?

    Just finished my first cycle on thursday, gained a few lbs.
    START:
    139.1lbs
    27in waist
    height 5'7

    END
    147.5lbs
    27.5in waist
    height 5'7
    dose 10mg for 6 weeks

    Been doing 20min of cardio 3 days a week
    macros 225c/50f/140p

    I think I'm just going to wait a couple weeks and do another cycle of var for now, its worked really well.

    I have been randomly eating the Var I have on hand. Took 30mg yesterday - man, that is good stuff. Kinda like winni - but, a tad better

    From what I see, a female should b able to get some very good results from just Anavar . Can't comment much on the dose tho - a guy can just take such higher doses.

    haha why? id like to try a higher does of var and maybe try winni when I do a cut in oct
