    AD1 Progress

    New to the site looking for some suggestions on areas to improve. Ive Got alot so anything helps.

    Stats
    5'10''
    starting body weight 189/current 207
    Starting:
    Waist - 34 3/4
    Thigh 7" up from knee 23''
    Calves - 15''
    Biceps - 15 3/4"
    Neck - 16 1/2"
    Forearms - 13 3/4"
    Chest - 42"

    Cycle History:
    1. Dbol (only) (young and dumb)
    2. 8 week Prop 50mgs/ed
    3. 12 week Test E 500mgs/week, dbol 50mgs/ed first 4

    Im Running A Test E Tren A cycle (couldnt get ahold of any prop). Currently starting week 4.

    1-12 Test E 500mgs/week (frontloaded 1st week)
    4-12 Tren A 75mgs/ed

    pct starts week 15
    clomid 100/100/50/50
    nolva 40/40/20/20

    Goal- Size of lower body, Size and tone of my midsection and upperbody.

    you need a good diet and cardio to add to your good physique. You are already big so Imo if you cut down you will look great.
    chest needs work Imo it will make your midsection look smaller. focus on width.

    Twist- Diet and Cardio is on, Im bulking currently so limiting my cardio to 4 30/min sessions per wk. Im experiencing a little bloating also. but Thanks for the help man

    Konateh -My legs have always lacked and so im making them my main focal point. Thanks for you help Konateh.

    Anyone else with opinions let me know thanks guys. ill post new picks next week

    your measurements for your height don't support the use of gear..much less tren

    but if you've already started, get your diet dialed in
