    Yes, I'm still bulking. I'm at 217 but I'm having a hard time holiding it. It's time to increase cals.

    Carlos man, that shoulder trap combo is what i'm trying to acheive, god its so hard to create that at my height.. Good shit man. Care to help a bro out?

    Thanks. Nationals is in November. I want to do Team Universe in August so I would have to start dieting in late May/early June.

    Then I will do a local show in Jersey a week before Nationals to warm up for Nationals.

    Thank you. I really don't do that much for shoulders. I just hit them heavy.

    4 sets of military presses 10, 6, 6, 4 reps range.
    4 sets of lateral raises with dumbells or cables 10, 8, 6, 6.
    4 sets of rear delts using the pec deck or cables, 10, 8, 8, ,8.
    If I have time a couple of sets of front raises with dumbells or cables.

    My shoulder workout takes exactly 30 mins then I do biceps.

    I don`t get how they think you look better in the beach pic, but thank god we`re not all the same. Looking great in the 210 pic. Hope you do well in nationals.
