Bulking Progress !
Here is a new pic i took today .. 202 pounds 5'11 .. im still sick so i cant really get my weight up MUCH .. still tryin to eat as much as possible even thow my appatitde decreased .. i hope to reach at least 220 by april

LOL nehh zapp i took it in the bathroom and the shower curtains were pretty much closed up so i didnt have much light this pic is a little clearer i think .. and its also just a relaxed pic

good chest, I would want that chest, it would make that babyfat I always have no matter how much I diet go away. But in a couple of months I hope it is gone after my cycle. I think's it's good shadowing on that pic, the eye don't need all lines marked out, the brain forms the missing parts by itself and it looks real good. Nice biceps also by the way.

thankz tin .. its funny chest was always my WEAKEST muscle group .. honestly .. its not the presses that got my chest the way it is its heavy DB flys and peck deck flys .. i mean presses also play a great role but i think for the mass heavy db flys are the best .. but then again i have sme flaws in my chest as well .. i could use more lower pecks .. and a bit more mass on the outside portion on my clavical closer to my delts to give that REALLY FULL look

No more lower man, they are great lower, more upper then if you ask me. So heavy flys, DB flys, what is that actually, I probably know it, I just don't know the english word?

i do very simple stuff for chest
i dont lift too heavy i stay at about 225 pounds for 12-15 reps 3-4 sets
i switch it up once in a while for flat or decline ..
flys i stay at about 40-50 pounds but get a good contraction for 3-4 sets
cable flys i always rack it out cuz you can never have enough striations
and pullovers are a must for good chest development i advise those for any 1

oh and as for order .. i do weakpoint training first for example if i am workin shoulders.. i do rear delts first cuz that lags a little more then the front . same principle for everything else

dont worry im not offended i know i can use some work on my shoulders .. and everything else .. i see from your avatar you have very well developed delts + chest .. thats what im tryin to achive

uhm .. i started doing it this way since i started my first cycle .. and it seems to be workin nice ..
before that i was doin 3 sets 8 reps of every chest excersise i can think of lol
of and i forgot to mention before .. if i still have energy left after my workout .. i will do a few sets of dips
