Damn,
I'v had some bad night sweats the last two nights....only have had them once before since on this cycle....sucks
Did my DELT injections Thursday and damn Im still sore and today I feel like shit. Had a decent ARM workout today and will do shoulder tomorrow. Starting to like the new routine.
As always, impatient for growth!

As far as back, stick with the basics. lat pulldowns, pulls ups, rows whether cable seated, or bent over with dumbell or barbell, or all of those are the basic exercises. I do traps on shoulder day, but a lot of people throw them in back day. You can do reverse flies on the pec dec, and then make sure you're always working your lower back. If you don't like to do deadlifts, you can do back extensions.

For all u experianced juicers. Why has this guy not gained any weight in his last three weeks. I'm doing the same cycle, excpt with eq instead of deca , and I have noticed a leveling in my gains as well. I'm about to start my seventh week tommorow, and am nervous about not gaining any more. I thought you are supposed to gain a good amount of mass in your last 3 weeks. Am I wrong? This is making me think of extending my cycle.

If you guys have stopped making gains, you probably need to take in more protien. As you get bigger, your maintanance level goes up. I'd suggest 2 grams more protien for each lb you put on in a cycle.

Hey guys sorry not to write sooner but had a busy weekend.
Starting week 8 and my weight is back up. Lets just hope it keeps going up. I have upped my protein over the last week and I think that has helped:
Week 1 203.5lbs
Week 2 207.5lbs
Week 3 212.0lbs
Week 4 215.5lbs
Week 5 216.0lbs
Week 6 218.0lbs
Week 7 216.0lbs
Week 8 218.5lbs
I told you guys about the soreness I was having from my DELT injections, well it seems like I slightly injured my shoulder somehow last week. Today was chest day and I didn't have too many problems with anything. Switched over to a more simple routine of Flat Bench (Dumbell), Incline Bench, Decline Bench, Dumbell Flyes. I also went to do some Pec Deck but that was hurting the shoulder too bad. I actually think that may be the cause of it, so I am going to stay away from them for awhile.
The workout felt awesome today...great pumps and was looking good.
Thanks for all of the compliments over the weekend. I am satisfied with my results so far. Really starting to get alot of remarks about my size from friends and complete strangers...feels great!

Andre: I post my diet a few weeks back on this same thread...check it out.
Chris: I have upped the protein and its working.
Also, I really want to add the weighted dips to my routine but my gym only has an assisted dip machine that if you lean forward you end up hitting your head into the weight stack...so I don't think I can add them...sucks
Will post week 8 pics in the next couple days.

So those pics didn't inspire any remarks outta you guys....damn I must be one sorry MFer.
Today was injection day and back day. Kept it simple today and did Bent Over Barbell Rows, Bent Dumbells, Cable Row, and Lat Pulldown.
One dumb question, is it better to stick with lighter weight on the lat pulldowns???

To me...
light = cutting
heavy = bulking
I assume light will allow you do more reps, right?
I would love to try your stack one day... I would probably go from the 4000 calories I eat now to something crazy like 6000 calories and 500G protein It would be interesting for sure!
So far how are you liking it? Pro/cons?

Yeah, I will stay on my bulking diet throughout most of the winter until late February and then start a new cycle aimed towards leaning me out and getting hard. I will go with a strict Keto diet for a few months and run my ass off!

OK,
Starting week 9 and once again my weight dropped. I seem to be stuck in this 216-218 range. Its getting kinda frustrating.

Today was chest day and I had a sucky workout. Just didn't feel anything at all. My pumps looked good in the mirror at least.
Hit my DELTS today with the injections. Did two Quad injections last week so I could give my DELTS a rest.
Feeling down, depressed and tired here. I'll have week 9 pics later this week.

I think you'd be able to see your progress better if you learned some poses, ie how to flex the muscles right to show them off. Someone posted a good website for this, i'll see if i can find it.
