Culture Yourselves People... East Indian Meal...

I don't know where this recipe would fall into your diets, but I use it on occasion when bulking. Just something different if you dare to venture to "brown land"...

    East Indian Breakfast/ppwo meal

    you need:
    2 Onions- chopped up
ginger- 2cmx2cm piece chopped up fine
1 clove of garlic- chopped fine
    2 cans of brown beans
    1/2 dozen egg whites
    chili powder- 1 teaspoon
Termick powder (indian spice)- 2 teaspoons
    Guramasala (indian spice)- 2 teaspoons
    1 tomato- chopped up fine

    Directions:

In a pan with 2tbls of olive oil (stove on med/high)
-add chopped garlic- as soon as it starts going brown:
    -add onions
-Mix in chili powder and Termick powder
-add 1/2 cup of water, let simmer until water absorbes.

-Once water is fully absorbed, add guramasala
    -add chopped tomato
    -add ginger
    -add 1/4 cup of water
cook on med and mix tomatos until they dissappear
cook until water is fully absorbed and let simmer for 5-10 min

    last step:

    add eggwhites and mix together
once eggwhites are mixed in properly add 2 cans of beans and cook for 5-10 min longer.

    Voila!

    Serve with yogourt if desired.
This recipe makes a ton of food for the week. Most of you will never try it, but what the hell, there are some venturous people out there!

    Thanks for the Indian recipe.

For the guys who have to buy the ingredients...it's turmeric and garam masala.

I have a lot of Indian and Asian recipes if anyone wants them.
