Not my normal 100%
Is it true you should take off 1 week every 5 to 6 weeks? Not completely off but light weight for 1 week. Then go back to normal?

I do it but it doesn't sound like a bad idea. Taking something like a weekend completely off every 6 wks wouldnt be a bad idea.

Take one full week off, no gym, every 8 week. You gotta keep eating the same way tho.
Don't worry about loosing muscle, your protein shakes usually have the necessary BCAA's to maintain your muscles.

Correct, if you are going to take time OFF, take it OFF.
No light crap, just totally off.

Thanks for everyone's input.........I've been draggin hard this week and it just started, I knew I was suppose to take time off but I had started my cycle and was almost done with it so I though it wouldn't hurt...Thanks again
