My most developed muscles I Never work out
Yea that's right...calf's, traps and forearms....all at professional caliber development and appearance and yes I NEVER works these muscles out!! I can attribute my calf's to walking on my toes lol and I guess the traps and forearms to work? I don't work as hard as I used too(can't) but being an Ironworker involves mostly physical work.

Almost the same for me, only I'm not an iron worker and I wouldn't consider mine are pro caliber. But forearms maintain just a couple inches smaller than the upper arm with no direct work, have nice split calves from being on my feet all day and have been able to keep bf down near 12% with no cardio, outside of work haven't done it in years. Also attribute my power to weight ratio to my work history ( mostly pulling exercises) pulled a 405 deadlift between 160-165 lbs with straps only.
On a side note, have you found another union spot or does the search continue?

No, not yet, but I have not found anything worth traveling for. Not going to"boom"(term for traveling for work) out for just a dollar or two more per hr.
My arms are 17 1/2 and forearms are 16.
Man this thread got a shitload of views and only one reply? I know there are guys out there that have a muscle group that they don't have to work?

Traps, calves and delts for me. My legs grow like crazy too if I train them at least once a week just doing squats, leg press, extensions and curls.

My arms (upper) seem to grow easy but I still have to work them some. Back gets thick fairly easy but wide not as much. Legs, well, just started them so we shall have to wait and see! I think quads will do ok but I've got a feeling my calves aren't going to play nice.
