It's cold outside... and...cold inside, my fake DNP log!
Well, due to all the recent logs around here and the success they have had wth DNP , I decided to give it a mild run. I'm gonna run it for just 10 days @ 250mg just to see how I react, then in the future do 15-20days @ 250-500mg's but keeping it small and safe for now.
I am starting at 218 pounds.
Supportive Supps
- Vitamin E
- Vitamin C
- Magnesium
- Potassium/Sodium
- Taurine
- Calcium Pyruvate
- Multi-Vitamin
- T-4 (200mcg's/ED)
- Clen
I do have Benedryl on hand also.
Day 1:

Yeah for such a mild dosage, I'm not expecting too much, but hopefully I can shred a few unwanted pounds.

I'm on day 7 of my DNP , I think its the same stuff you're on SVT if you got the caps with all the added stuff. I can't believe how uncrazy it is, I was expecting to be cooking like a turkey but I'm really not. I'm going to up it to 500mg, I would have done so last night but I had probation this morning and I doubt my PO would believe I wasn't on something worse if I went in there all sweaty and hot!

Yeah Day 2 I still feel 100%, banged out another 45 minutes of AM cardio.
I understand alot of you may have the attitude that I shouldn't be on DNP , but I'm just running a mild test dose, so please keep negative comments to youself I'm doing this log for those who want to run it in the future

36 hour half life SVT ... You'll need to run whatever dose you run for 5 days to experience the full effect of the dose you're doing - or, bypass the waiting, and do double ... and then return to 1 ED. If it really is 500mg each, you will FEEL IT!
I'm on DNP right now... it's effective, but, I've learned it deactivates (oxidizes possible) over time. So, the 200mg caps I'm taking are probably about 100 ... But, as I've done it before... i've learned that the bottom line with this sh1t, is that you need to
take whatever dose it is that resides between uncomfortable ... and intolerable.

I started out at 250 and felt warm right away, but after a few days cooled down, went up to 500 and really felt it. If you are using the 250 caps, you will feel it when you up it to 2 caps! Best of luck, it worked wonders for me and I am going to do another 14 days starting on the 29th.

Sounds good.Remember quality DNP will have few sides,it has been known some people think it`s fake.Next few days bump it up to 500mg.
