Lazy Sex Aint Cool For My Back!
this is rather embarassing.
i've got a reasonably strong back - i can lift over twice my bodyweight when deadlifting (naturally) and yet
when i have a shag and i lie back and she is sat on top and goes at it for a bit, for up to two weeks after my back feels really dodgy and i can hardly bend at the waste. it feels as if it just sort of loosens all the muscles of my lumbar region and erector spinae and they seem to go out of tune.
anyone else have this happen to them?
PLEASE not flames. its bad enough as it is when my mates ask me why i am having trouble bending over (!)
suggestions welcome chaps

i better mention. before all you folks think i am a lazy shyte. i do perform many other celebrated methods of copulatory thrusting. none of which cause me trouble as long as i am not a stationary partner.
but you know how it is. sometimes you just can't be arsed and its nice to let them do the business for a change. like when you are asleep and you get pounced on.

INvid - its not during its sort of the next day and thereafter for 1 -2 weeks. its like the musculature loosens off or de-tunes. there is never any structural problems (i go to physio every week as i get very knotted shoulders tattooing all day)

It sounds like you may have disc problems in your lower back to me. That type of movement and pressure are irritating it.

I would suggest a pillow and a weight limit.
