I have to give my ups to Swole also. He has said many (words of wisdom) since i have been apart of this board. I check out his site all the time and see some of the differences he makes in peoples lifes. Most of them look better than me and I have been at it for quite some time. (I am a diet dumbass) I still need to get ahold of you and get a good diet goin... One of these days..

Thanks guys. It's nice to have bros on the net who appreciate what you do for others. Thanks for sharing, I do appreciate it. It's a nice change from the incompetent twits who are jealous out of their mind of what I do, and do nothing but hate. Nice to know there are down to earth REAL people that aren't afraid to give props.

Yup.. I have a lot of friends that constantly say that its not worth my time bla bla.. same with girls I have liked.. But it is worth my time because its what drives me..
