28, 210 gust got back in to it a couple months ago 250 max.not strong in bench. my brother on the other hand at 17 and all natural weighed 190 put up 350 pretty easily.

i feel like a pussy i can only bench 240-250lbs, how r theese guys at 140lbs benching 305 lbs, no1 in my gym can do stuff like that...im probably considered very strong in my gym and im a weak S.O.B.

when i was in highschool last year it was me, and tha 3 fat boys of tha team, i could bench 305, and they all benched between 315 and 395, none of them were on steroids im pretty sure cuz they were just too goofy, and our rival school, tha standard bench press was 400, so i dont see why its so hard to get your bench to 400 without juice

26 , 250 lbs ..bench 352 x1 . disk problem stopped me squatting and deadlifting for years, slowly building squat back up doing between 400lbs and 300lb x8 depending on back.

21yrs, 6'0'' 228lbs. Haven't maxed in a while but the last time I benched I got 275 8 times and 305 6times on flat bench.
