5'9+", 32 years old - 197 lbs, Bench 355 for 6. 315 for 8-10. Most I have ever bench for 2 reps going down 1" off my chest and holding before press was 415.

Bench (raw) 335 x1 (yesterday)
squat (raw) 520x1 (powerlifting meet at school)
Deadlift 565x1(powerliting meet at school)
My bench is my worst lift by far but to all you naysayers out there about 400lb benches by teens... there is a sophmore, 19 yo who hit 410 at the same powerlifting meet refered to above, he was in the 189 class. he squated 225 and deadlifted 300 though which is ferry in my book.

It is extremely unusual for an 18 - 20 year old to bench 400 lbs. You pointing out a powerlifter that has alot of experience under his belt not to mention wears a suit and everything is in optimal condition. I am unusually strong and always have been and I rarely see guys at the gym even 260 - 280 lb 6' plus guys maxing at 400 or over. I would have to see a dated video myself to believe it. Oh and BTW it doesn't count when your buddies are on either end of the bar helping it up from 3 inches off your chest.
I love to see Teenagers and young guys stacking 900 lbs on a leg sled and two guys on either end pushing it up. Same go's with benching. There are some smart and solid young lifters but more bull****ters than not. I think looking back someone on this thread said benching 400+ @ 5'9" 185lbs, I would have to lay some money down to see that. Just let me know when. Lmao

I would have to say my biggest lift was my mother-in-law. Had to get her out of the house and she is a whale of a woman.

I still call bs on the majority of people that claim they can bench 400 or over that are 18-20 years old. (that are not on juice )
If you look at the recruiting class of OU, which goes after the top ath. in the country you will find only a few that can come close to that poundage & they are big time ath. (#3 recruiting class)
Look at the big uglies on the O. line & D. line & LB's & you'll see that even the elite kids recruited at the highest level are not in the same class as alot of you boost.
Don't look at the last guy cuz that kills my argument
Simply put, if you claim you are benching over 4 bills & you are natural you are probably in the .1/16% of the entire World.
Without bouncing the bar bigtime or arching your back 3 feet off the bench I just don't see it happening as often as many claim in this thread.
Not a flame, just MHO.

I agree that it is very uncommon for people 18 - 20 to lift 4 bills, but also... like myself, some people are good at certain lifts.
Im 20, been working out 3 years, did one 6 weeks cycle of anavar , which i didnt really see a whole lot from.
Maybe im just "unusually strong", but i have done 425lbs slow on the way down, touching the chest and back up again, without a spot touching the bar.
I also have friends that are much smaller than me, that can bench in the 350 range.
I am alot stronger than i look IMO, at 6'4 240lbs i feel skinny.
Maybe im just gifted haha

not to diss everyone busting on 400+ benches... but i do know one person who benched 425 at 187 lbs lean at the age of 18... he was natural too, he did it in a benching comp. and took first... he holds the "world record" for his age at that weight... BUT he is a genetic freak...
Squat: 425x8 for deep deep reps (easily to probably below parallel)
Bench: 325 was my last max... probably 335 now...
Weight:about 208.421 lbs
age:20

Your location listed is probably true in my case. Lehman played ball on the other side of the river from where I grew up (years before). The guy was an amazing talent. Just ask any 'Horns fan
Hijack complete...
And some of the #'s seem inflated, but who knows.
As for me: 34 yo, 212lbs 5' 10" 325 bench...for now

WOW! there are a lot of 3 & 4 wheel bench pressers on this site. Funny thing tho, in the gym you rarely see guys pushing 3.
