thats pretty impessive. good sh*t bro.. as for what 1-cent said about anyone benching over 400 at the age of 18. i agree with him. im sure theres strong guys out there but i havnt seen anyone in my area that i live in bench much over 350. a 400lb bp would be quite good around here no matter what ur age is.

that guy is 5'9, 208 lbs... i'm 19, 5'10, 195. and i haven't worked legs in 2 years kuz i hurt my knee in football. so, i'm guessing his upperbody is about that of mine. and if i ever saw a guy my size, 19 years old, benching 480... i'd sh!t myself right there in the gym. i mean, if u can do it, then that's great... amazing to say the least

i would agree with this statement, except for the fact that a 5'9 208 lb man can only be so big ya know? pics of this guy won't help me determine how much he can bench at all. now, if they're pics of him lifting the weight, like, a couple pics of the whole lift, then i would definitely shutup... and go straight to the gym in order to get my bench up to 480 lbs

I hate these kinds of threads. You cares what you say you can lift. I had a guy at the club tell me the other day he's 225 and benches 450. This moron looked maybe 170 soaking wet and didn't even look like he worked out.

Oh by the way, I'm 12, 250 lbs, 800 bench. Whoopedy doo.

I have not benched with a bar in almost a year. I started using Dumbells because it put less strain on my shoulders and now thats all I use. But I have no clue what my maxx is.

Ok, what dumbells do you use for like flat bench and incline?

I use 65s for incline and 70s for flat bench when I do dumbells. I use the bar when I have a spotter or I'm on the power rack. I do the 'bells when I'm alone.

Bench 4 Sets with 100, 110, 120 than 120 again. (maybe 130 if i feel up to it.)
    Incline 80, 90, 100, 110..

But it really just depends on how I feel. Some days I’ll just use 80 on the bench and just squeeze out each set. I just concentrate on forcing the blood flow threw the chest.

Yeah I do the same. I never really get all bothered about how much weight I use as much as my form and pumps I get.

Also on my flat bench flys I'll use a 25 or 30 and just rep out till I fail. Feels really good.

Dude yall are funny. I went to school with a few guys that benched over 400lbs. Of course they were on gear but oh well they benched it right in front of my face. So it is possible.
But I dont know why you would want a pic to prove it. That is not going to prove ****. So what if there big doesnt mean they really bench over 400.
Im not being an ass just saying that it is true and can be done and is most likley being done today.

But me im a little guy at 5'8'' 160 max bench is 245 its not much but only have been back in the gym for a year with no gear.

its been proven many of times that u dont have to be a monster to lift big numbers! ive seen a 4ft tall miget that weighed 170lbs bench over 5bills, i think the lenght of ur arms has alot to do with it, i hit higher weight than some of the huge mofos in my gym and im a lil guy so i dont call bs on all of it but i think its just dumb to put fvcked numbers up, just be real who cares u dont no any of these ppl on here in person so who are they to make fun and if they do who cares ull never meet them so just be real and post ur real numbers

wow i guess you can't belive that some guys have good genetics. I train with big daddy and we were both pushing in the 400s senior year in hs. We started lifting in 8th grade and have perfected form in all our lifts. I'm sorry if you can't belive him or me either (430lbs), but its true, sorry if your skeptical but this is the ****ing internet I dont care if you believe us...ohh and for mr. powerlifter USA captain america, did you ever think maybe he didn't enter the competition thats why he wasn't there, do you think every person with big lifts is required to compete? ohh and thats me in my avi and i push 430 belive it or not..i weigh 210lbs right now @ 19

21, 5'11 3/4<--i just round up to 6'0, 207, never maxed, best lifts on best days have been: bench 250 3 sets of 6-8, squat 415x5 parallel, don't know if there's really a conversion to maxes for these #'s. i'm almost to wk 4 of my first cycle of test E so i'm gettin pumped to see these numbers explode and become baby trash. balls out
