notice how alot of us were open to constructive criticism in our first post.. no one was like, "do research? F- you".. or better yet.. "if your going to say run test in my cycle don't respond to this thread, cuz i don't wanna run no test".. like some of these dumb ass new guys i see.

swolecats first thread was a introduction in the members pic forum. The thread got bumped not so long ago so its easy to find
Prime in the settings make sure you search for threads in ascending order form last posting date
