I counted 7 plates (20kg/45lbs) but that last plate might have been just a half plate (10kg). So it's between 280kg/616lbs. and 300kg/660lbs.

I thought he looked much bigger in the strongest man competitions.
Don't get me wrong - still very strong and a rare man, just thought he seemed smaller than I remembered.

warming up is the most important thing in every sport,
anyone that practices a certain sport knows what it
means to have a good warm up routine. if someone doesn't
use it then they'll be disappointed to get pulled muscles,
contusions, strains.

in this sport strength training is primary, swimming
aids in recovery, running, jumping rope, are all required.
you can't just strength train to have a huge pumped up
guy weighing 130-140kg. he's gotta be flexible, in
good cardiovascular condition.

Ronnie is a former powerlifter and he seems to do alot of low rep work nowdays aswell. Just look at his videos and what he squat and deadlift.
Mariuz isnt the strongest strongman by far. But he is good at everything that is why he wins. But when it comes to raw strenght Zavickas put Mariuz to shame. Mariuz is still my favorite strongman though
