taze if you mean a stun gun sure a tazer is the one that shoots the metal barbs with wires on them to shock the shit out of people i believe those are illegal in lots of places...stun guns though you can buy over the counter i know in florida cause thats were i bought mine..shit we stun each other when we're drunk all the time get some nasty burn marks its really not that bad.
