    My abs used to be over developed and ripped they would poke out. It's why I stopped training abs. Haven't train them in 2 years. Once I got my chest and everything else bigger it's not noticeable like before. Some of my contest prep picts you can kinda see it.

    I know what you mean, our gym has an angled benching bar to allow benchers to go beyond parallel with there chest. I like doing behind back shrugs with it because it allows a gap for my ass.

    i use the smith rack for behind the necks too, i just take a step forward. works the rear delts a little more that way too

    whys that?
    i had to quit cause it irritates my rotator cuff, but damn near everything does now. hence close grip front shrugs and testicular damage

    Umm... Cause of gentics. My ass is to big. Even if I step forward it still doesn't work. I have to step forward and arch back like I'm damn near about to fall over. Too much effort so I stopped trying to do it.
