How do you guys train?
With Shorts or Long Pants????
In my gym everybody goes in long swet pants :P I do it also hehe just shorts on leg days :S

some sort of underarmor tanktop and shorts... loose and comfortable, i cant train with pants on for some reason

sweats in winter,shorts in summer. underarmor beneath one of my 40 supplement shirts, and nike shocks(esp for deads,squats).

I wear sweat pants or nylon pants. Only wear shorts 2 days a week. Quad and hamstring day.
No I don't have chicken legs. I just don't like people staring at my squatters ass when I have on shorts. It makes me feel all dirty inside.Muscle Asylum Project Athlete

basketball shorts and a big athletic sweater (w/ tshirt underneath)
I've gotten past the stage where i like 'looking' at my muscles, and i tend to look in the mirror & pose to much if i have a tank top on

Shorts and a tank - I put everything out in the open so I can see what I am working and expose weak points... (BTW - any jokes will get you banned )

I wear pants and a sweatshirt ... love being hot, not having anyone look at me.. although now my legs are bigger so I find leg day joggers are best

Only time I do cardio is for contest prep. You won't catch me near it any other time. I don't train abs either. My last show I started training abs 2 weeks out from show cause I figured I was supposed to. I don't feel abs need to be hit directly for development. At least mine don't.

yea barbell shrugs bounce the boys around too, i do them in the smith machine so that the way down isnt so sudden and i dont risk losing one or two of tem

lol no,i am not using any gh or lr3. theres not that much fat on them. they look kinda cool when i am below 10 and they are clearly definied, but they are always bigger around than my hips.
