    How do you guys train?

    With Shorts or Long Pants????

    In my gym everybody goes in long swet pants :P I do it also hehe just shorts on leg days :S

    yeah, nothin helps fuel my workouts than alittle bit of ball-view. lol. i wear long pants usually mate, maybe 3 quarter lengths in summer

    some sort of underarmor tanktop and shorts... loose and comfortable, i cant train with pants on for some reason

    sweats in winter,shorts in summer. underarmor beneath one of my 40 supplement shirts, and nike shocks(esp for deads,squats).

    Tanktops are not allowed in my gym

    I wear long pants in winter and shorts otherwise.

    It is my college gym. The gym is very nice and highly maintained with new equipment etc but they have very strict rules. Sleeveless shirts, spandex etc are strictly prohibited for men and women. In one way it is good, because otherwise college kids and girls will wear this kind of stuff to show off.

    I wear sweat pants or nylon pants. Only wear shorts 2 days a week. Quad and hamstring day.

    No I don't have chicken legs. I just don't like people staring at my squatters ass when I have on shorts. It makes me feel all dirty inside.

    i love that feeling.granted we only have like 3 women at my poor pathetic school but they certainly take a gander when i walk past the cardio machines!

    basketball shorts and a big athletic sweater (w/ tshirt underneath)

    I've gotten past the stage where i like 'looking' at my muscles, and i tend to look in the mirror & pose to much if i have a tank top on

    Only time I do cardio is for contest prep. You won't catch me near it any other time. I don't train abs either. My last show I started training abs 2 weeks out from show cause I figured I was supposed to. I don't feel abs need to be hit directly for development. At least mine don't.

    I wear pants and a sweatshirt ... love being hot, not having anyone look at me.. although now my legs are bigger so I find leg day joggers are best

    Cardio? What's that?

    Only time I do cardio is for contest prep. You won't catch me near it any other time. I don't train abs either. My last show I started training abs 2 weeks out from show cause I figured I was supposed to. I don't feel abs need to be hit directly for development. At least mine don't.
    haha i havent done cardio more than 4 times this year, i wish i was though! its starting to affect my endurance in squats and stuff. i always have to wear sweats and a couple tee's for cardio tho, it feels much better to be warm. i cant train my as either, i have massive obliques and they only get bigger if i train them during a bulk

    dont try doing that with stiff legged deads, i always smack my poor nuts on the way up

    when i do barbell shrugs naked.. i always make my peter dance.. balls kinda hurt too

    yea barbell shrugs bounce the boys around too, i do them in the smith machine so that the way down isnt so sudden and i dont risk losing one or two of tem

    Ever try doing barbell shrugs with the bar behind you? Can't do the shit if you squat. Too much bootie in the way. Not even sure if there is a purpose to it anyway.

    lol no,i am not using any gh or lr3. theres not that much fat on them. they look kinda cool when i am below 10 and they are clearly definied, but they are always bigger around than my hips.
