    getting a divorce

    Maybe no one wants to listen but im feeling quite shitty. My wife and i havent been getting along for a while and today decided to get a divorce. Im feeling very empty. I canceled my contract here in brazil and will do the same with my immigration papers. Im going to miss this place and my wife. Im coming home in less than two months to the usa. I feel like puking and cant eat which sux cause im in the middle of a cycle. Life goes on I guess.

    Find some good friends and hang out, it worked for me.

    With in a couple of months, I was much happier.

    i got divorced in the mid of a cycle before
    no moatter how much i ran .. stress made cortisol which killd my muscles

    4 years. I feel like puking. hope this doesnt kill my results. I was hoping to come back a little better than i was. I can feel the depression coming on already. Im really alone here 5000 miles and another language away from home.

    i know what your going through also, and all i can really say is try and stay positive, keep your head buried in the gym and food to get the most outta your cycle and keep your mind off her. i am sure everyone her will do what they can to make sure you dont feel lonely, and remember you will always have friends here and that we are always alot closer than you think. just pm me if you need to chat and i will be happy to listen or offer what advice i can.

    well as a matter of fact she did cheat and so did i. we werent having much sex anymore and we both knew something was wrong. She lied to me during carnival and said she was going to see her uncle in campinas. really she was on and island having sex with another american.... its not really the sex that bothers me cause i was doing it at the same time with another putinha here but that she thought they might make something out of it... i just wanted sex.....
